Intro to Tarot I

Got your first deck and don't know where to start? Heard about Tarot and curious how it works? Or maybe you're just ready to round out your spiritual life with a new set of divination skills? Join us for a beginner-friendly, two-part series on how to read Tarot cards, with Catland Tarot Reader Blue June!

The first class will introduce students to the concept of divination, the 78 card Tarot deck and its origins, and how to access and trust your intuition as a response to the cards, and practicing reading for others in single card and crossing spreads. We'll be learning from the Rider-Waite deck; bring any deck if you have one! Don't have a deck? No problem!

$20 each
This is a 3 hour class - snacks and wine will be provided.

Blue June began serious training with Courtney Webber, author of "Tarot for One: The Art of Reading for Yourself" and continued her studies over the years with a variety of notable mentors. She now teaches a 2 class "Intro to Tarot" course yet remains a committed student of her craft.

Blue is a leader in the Pagan Environmental Coalition, a Tarot Reader at Catland, teacher of tarot and energetic cleansing, owner of both Magick Talismans Tarot and The Broom Closet, and is the creator/curator of the celebrated monthly Full Moon Market of curiosities and magick.
