Green Glyphs Lenormand

Continue the legacy of Marie Anne Adelaide Lenormand, the famed 18th-century French fortune teller. Although Lenormand’s devout nephew burned her possessions associated with divination, her name lived on in a deck of cards designed by Johan Kaspar Hechtel and published in 1799 as “The Game of Hope.” We bring them to you as our Green Glyphs Lenormand card deck.

Our 40 high-quality cards are printed on 350gsm soft-touch matte paper. The cards are standard playing card size (2.5 x 3.5 inches) and come in a magnetic flip-top box.

The 80-page Green Glyphs Lenormand full-color guide offers a brief introduction on how to read your Lenormand deck. It includes 40 pages of card meanings and example combinations followed by a section that details how to read a Grand Tableau. You’ll also find instructions on how to play The Game of Hope by using 36 cards as a board game.
